About Us
Hello....
and welcome to A Twisted Outlook.
This site was established in the summer of 2005 by KJS - a then 23 year old university student - from the North East of England in the United Kingdom.
The site is both a frank tribute to anything and everything, and a place for us to get things off our chests. An online magazine where you will find humorous features, celebrity interviews, articles about things that we feel passionately about, and a whole lot more.
It takes an offbeat and whimsical look at the world, paying tribute to whatever takes the writers' fancy - whether it be retro memories, sporting heroes, celebrities or whatever else we feel is worth writing about.
We have a "crack team" of writers and contributors, who hopefully give us a wide range of appeal with their differing writing styles, ideas and subject matter.
From time to time, the writers may use the site to let off some steam, in the form of an article where the entire content is nothing but one big rant or temper tantrum.
You will also find the occasional review of media such as films, television programmes, music or software, both of the classic variety and new releases.
The site contains regularly updated features which are unique, i.e. you will not find them anywhere else on the internet, and this is what we hope will make us stand out from the rest of the links in your "bookmarks" folder.
In a nutshell, A Twisted Outlook is here to entertain. No other reason. It exists solely for the readers' enjoyment.
A Twisted Outlook doesn't fall into any specific subject category. Some might call it a "pop-culture" site, but we prefer to think of it as a totally "miscellaneous" site where the writers have the freedom to publish whatever the heck they want to publish.
We sincerely hope you enjoy the site, but if you don't like it, tough. Go somewhere else, you detestable pond-life.
Just kidding........
Regards,
The "A Twisted Outlook" Team.
Please be aware that some of the site may contain language and/or content unsuitable for minors. We aren't trying to be offensive or needlessly vulgar, but sometimes certain situations call for frank and brutal honesty! All individual writers' articles in no way reflect the views of other writers or the site owner.
